At Emerson, we’re offering more than a job - you’ll drive compliance strategies and shape the future of our operations!As a Regulatory Compliance Lead, you will manage all aspects of Regulatory Compliance (RC) for Pressure Management in Cluj and support PRM Tartarini, Italy, ensuring adherence to government regulations through the development and implementation of policies, procedures, training and compliance reviews.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Serving as the main point of contact and holding overall responsibility for the Trade Compliance and Checkpoint programs. Developing and managing the Trade Compliance and Checkpoint programs for all assigned entities. Completing and updating the Archer questionnaire and business profiles by coordinating, tracking, and fulfilling all related requirements. Reviewing, updating, and implementing procedures, policies, and processes in accordance with international trade regulations and PRM standards. Providing user support for the transaction screening process and assisting with system training. Managing customs classification of products, including dual-use classification where applicable. Determining the country of origin for products. Managing Trade Compliance audits and performing import/export audits, coordinating corrections with Customs Brokers or Authorities as needed. Ensuring effective understanding and use of the Checkpoint process, including user access and training on system operations. Coordinating training sessions, visits, or audits conducted by Emerson’s International Trade Compliance Department. Ensuring effective understanding and use of the Checkpoint process, including user access and training on system Who You Are:You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. You always keep the end in sight and put in extra effort to meet deadlines. You separate and combine activities into efficient workflows.For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Legal; Knowledge of all Compliance program critical requirements. Detailed knowledge of Customs and Logistics Terminology and Trade Compliance requirements (Self-Assessment), including Import, Export Compliance and Supply Chain Security. Knowledge of Export regulations and sanctions. Ability to interpret government regulations and incorporate changes into ITC Program, as applicable. Understanding of Products Specifications and functionalities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (C1). Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, Oracle, Trade Automation, TRAX, CRM, Enovia, Aravo - Checkpoint software.
