We’re on a mission to help business owners grow revenue, cut costs, and save time using AI, not by selling tools, but by delivering real outcomes.Your job is simple but strategic: get 1,000 business owners to pay $100 each for our “Quick-Win AI Packages” that help them automate, scale, and thrive.You’ll lead outreach, validate demand, and close deals through smart marketing, storytelling, and relationship building.Your MissionTurn our AI expertise into tangible business results for our clients and generate $100,000 in quick-win revenue through targeted, low-cost customer acquisition.Lead Generation & Demand ValidationIdentify and reach out to business owners, freelancers, and small agencies with clear value-driven offers.Launch and manage “Would you pay $100 to save $10,000?” surveys and polls across LinkedIn, Facebook, and business networks.Build segmented lead lists and qualify prospects based on pain points and readiness to buy.Direct Outreach & ConversionSend 50+ personalised DMs weekly to business owners offering 30-minute audits or consultations.Nurture leads with outcome-based messaging: “Save $10,000 with AI, guaranteed quick wins.”Convert inbound and outbound interest into paid $100 “Quick-Win Packages.”Campaign ExecutionCoordinate simple campaigns (LinkedIn posts, email sequences, workshops, webinars) that demonstrate tangible success stories. Example: “How a bakery saved 20 hours/week with AI.”Work with our marketing team to optimise lead magnets, landing pages, and onboarding flows.Offer Development & UpsellTest and refine quick-win offers: AI audits, setup guides, and personalised tool recommendations.Identify opportunities for upsells into $1k–$10k projects or recurring retainers.Use client feedback to improve packages and create repeatable revenue playbooks.Performance & ReportingTrack and report lead metrics: outreach volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.Optimise funnels based on feedback and A/B testing.Use AI tools to automate prospecting, follow-ups, and analytics where possible.Skills & ExperienceProven success in lead generation, outbound sales, or growth marketing (ideally in B2B or digital services).Ability to communicate value clearly, selling outcomes, not features.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly.ai, or similar tools.Excellent written and verbal communication (English; German a plus).Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working with AI tools.Nice to HaveExperience with AI or automation products (e.g. ChatGPT, Zapier, Intercom, Make, etc.)Background in SaaS, consulting, or performance marketing.Familiarity with content or email automation workflows.What You’ll GetBase + performance-based incentives (per sale and milestone bonuses).
