Lead Sourcing & Admin Executive

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the sales team by identifying new leads and managing essential administrative tasks. This role combines lead sourcing, client coordination, and follow-up responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our magazine advertising business.Key Responsibilities:Research and compile lists of potential clients (hotels, tourism boards, brands, agencies, etc.) across APAC.Verify company details, contacts, and key decision-makers (GM, Marketing Director, etc.).Maintain and update lead lists in Excel/CRM systems.Client & Admin Support:Follow up with clients for artwork submissions, payments, and signed order forms.Liaise with internal design and production teams to track artwork delivery.Assist in preparing simple client documents, proposals, or media kits.Keep records organized and ensure timelines are met before print deadlines.Coordination & Reporting:Update sales trackers and ensure data accuracy.Support the sales team with administrative requests and weekly reports.Communicate professionally with clients via email or phone when required.RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in admin, coordination, or sales support roles.Strong research and organizational skills.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
