Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Director – APAC to lead our business development initiatives and drive revenue growth across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling lead generation, demand generation, or data-driven sales solutions to technology companies, enterprises, or agencies.This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in building relationships, closing enterprise deals, and expanding client portfolios within the APAC market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence across the APAC region.Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in B2B lead generation and demand generation services.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at enterprise and mid-market organizations.Collaborate with internal teams (campaigns, delivery, and operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events, conferences, and client meetings (as required).Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements to inform sales strategies.Mentor and guide the regional sales team (if applicable) to achieve performance and revenue goals.Requirements:10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in lead generation, demand generation, or sales enablement services.Strong understanding of APAC markets, particularly India, Singapore, Australia, and Southeast Asia.Established network of contacts within enterprise or technology-driven organizations.Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.Willingness to work across multiple time zones (as required for APAC clients).Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with global clients or cross-regional teams.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and modern sales automation platforms.Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.
