Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent. Manage, mentor, and guide recruiters and sourcers. Ensure an excellent candidate experience and promote our employer brand. Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes.Requirements 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ in a lead or senior role. Strong track record hiring engineers, developers, and product professionals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using modern ATS and sourcing tools. Knowledge of current tech hiring trends and best practices.RequirementsWorking onsite from our local Oakville office. Working hours: 10am to 5pm.
