Responsibilities Deploy the global L&D strategy locally, developing and implementing learning programs in alignment with business prioritiesDesign and manage internship programs, building partnerships with universities to attract and develop young talentCoordinate employee training sessions, ensuring effective logistics, communication, and participant engagementConduct learning needs analyses in collaboration with business leaders to identify development priorities and skill gapsDesign and deliver learning solutions that address organizational capability needs and support career growthEvaluate the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvementManage relationships with external training providers, ensuring quality, relevance, and cost efficiency of solutionsMaintain accurate records of learning activities, participation, and outcomes, providing regular reports and insightsSupport onboarding programs to accelerate new employee integration and performancePromote a culture of learning by communicating opportunities, sharing best practices, and encouraging employee participationStay current with learning and development trends, technologies, and methodologies to enhance local programsEnsure compliance with corporate policies, processes, and local legal requirements related to training and employee developmentQualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or equivalent educationProficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Green belt / Black belt / certified lean professional will be preferred.Any AI certification/ project management certification / IT course will be a preference.What can we offer?
