Learning and Development Manager

VM Hotel is Phnom Penh's newest luxurious business class accommodation option, set to open in May 2023.Located just minutes from Phnom Penh International Airport, the hotel features 134 rooms and offers convenience for travelers. VM Hotel spans from the sixth to the ninth floors of CG Fortune Center, a commercial, mixed-use development that also includes a shopping and lifestyle mall, commercial offices, and 154 apartment units. The CG Fortune Center is set to become a premium shopping precinct, enhancing the hotel's dining and lifestyle options.Key Responsibilities:Lead the hotel’s learning and development function to support the delivery of IHG.Develop and implement the annual learning and development plan aligned with business goals and brand standards.Identify training needs and design programs that enhance colleague skills, performance, and engagement.Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, and career growth initiatives across all departments.Ensure compliance with IHG brand training standards and local statutory training requirements.Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.Support employee engagement through effective onboarding, coaching, and recognition initiatives.Maintain accurate training records and report progress to the Director of Human Resources and IHG corporate L&D team.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human resourcesStrong knowledge of training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Certification in training, coaching, or talent development.Benefits:Competitive salary + Guaranteed SVC + Night shift allowance.3 meals/day, Free uniform & Laundry, and staff benefitsCareer growth and training opportunities
