Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Supervisor role based in Sihanoukville. The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee hiring processes, manage recruitment efforts, and collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs. Responsibilities include supervising recruitment strategies, ensuring effective team management within the HR department, and fostering positive employee relations to support organizational growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Hiring, Training and HR Management processesStrong Communication and Employee Relations skillsExperience in Team Management and leadership within an HR contextAbility to handle multiple priorities and work collaborativelyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in a supervisory HR or recruitment role is a plusFamiliarity with local labor laws and regulations in Cambodia is advantageous
