We are backed by Prosus Ventures, and our India delivery office is in Hyderabad. Most of our roles are on-site i.e. Bay Area / Hyderabad. We like those who thrive in ambiguity and who can operate without titles / hierarchies.But what you will find: tremendous learning, tremendous growth, and a very motivated set of colleagues who are also fun to be around.Roles & Responsibilities:Deliver domain specific training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.Employ engaging facilitation techniques to enhance participant understanding and retention of the material.Design clear, engaging, and effective training materials (e.g., guides, presentations, walkthroughs) tailored to different learning levels and aligned with project-specific Conduct research to gather relevant and credible resources (articles, case studies, videos) aligned with training objectives.Ability to manage and track learning data, maintain organized records across sheets/dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting for training progress and outcomes.Requirements:Previous training experience in diverse settings.Data tracking and analysis.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Verbal and written clarity, with the ability to explain concepts effectively to a wide range of learners.Interest or academic background in AI or LLM training workflows is a bonus.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.A culture that values innovation and creativity.
