Posting Number: PN-25-27Job Type: Permanent Full-time, Non-UnionSalary Range: $87,358.75 to $117,059.85 per yearApplication Deadline: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 11:59 pmThe OpportunityReporting to the Manager of Organization Development and Employee Experience, the Learning and Organization Development Partner is responsible for consulting and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders working as an integral part of an integrated human resources team to provide solutions that respond to the organizational needs and builds capacity at an organization, leader and/or team level. Responsibilities will be in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of programs and services that support and build individual, team, and organization effectiveness.
