The RoleRyze Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant/Business Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.As we are a growing company, this is an exciting time to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our client relationships, refining our recruitment approach and helping to guide the growth and future of our business.This position is well suited to an individual who is results-driven, client-focused, and eager to grow their career within a high-performing and entrepreneurial environment.What You’ll Do:Recruitment & Candidate ManagementSource, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle.Build, develop and maintain a candidate pipeline using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, etc.).Match candidates to client roles and provide honest, consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.Business Development & Client GrowthIdentify, target and develop new business opportunities across IT, Business Operations & Engineering & Technical Services Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their business objectives and hiring needs.Conduct market research to identify potential leads, trends and opportunities for business growth.Conduct client meetings and understand hiring needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.Help develop sales strategies, pitch materials, and creative approaches to winning new business. What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, business development, or a related people-focused sales role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and candidates.
