Design impactful learning solutions that shape workforce capabilityPermanent role Brisbane / Melbourne / NewcastleAbout The RoleAs a Learning Consultant, Design, you’ll create high-quality learning products that support Suncorp’s Motor Claims Customer strategy. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance workforce capability and drive continuous improvement.What You'll DoDesign engaging learning solutions using Suncorp’s methodologies, tools, and resources to support strategic outcomesDevelop content, evaluation strategies, and materials that align with business needs and learning objectivesLead instructional design projects, managing timelines, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure quality deliveryProvide expert advice and internal quality assurance to raise the standard of learning across the Motor Claims teamBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactfulContribute to a collaborative learning community, sharing knowledge and supporting team engagementWhat You'll Bring2+ years’ experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and blended learning approachesProficiency in learning design tools such as Lectora or Captivate, and strong systems skills including Word, PowerPoint and SharePointAbility to manage projects end-to-end, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagementKnowledge of adult learning principles and LMS platforms, with a continuous improvement mindsetAt Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
