The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLEThe Learning & Development Coordinator, reporting to the HR Manager Bata & AWLAB, is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training and development activities for the Regional Market (Retail, Corporate, H&S) in alignment with Global Learning & Development guidelines. The role manages both in-person and digital learning programs, supports managers in developing retail and corporate teams, and ensures full compliance with all mandatory local Health & Safety training requirements.KEY CHALLENGES1. Training & Development CoordinationDevelop and manage the annual training calendar for stores and corporate employees, in line with Regional and Global Talent Management guidelines, with main focus on retail store staff.Organize in-person sessions, workshops, on-the-job training, and coaching activities.Monitor attendance, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.Coordinate with external providers (trainers, agencies, digital platforms) to deliver training initiatives.2. Digital Learning ManagementAdminister the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with the global L&D team.Upload content, track completions, generate reports, and ensure a smooth user experience.Support employees in accessing digital learning paths and resolve basic technical issues.3. Collaboration with the Global TeamLocalize and adapt global training materials to meet local needs.Participate in global alignment meetings and support the rollout of new L&D initiatives, like Bata e-University.Provide local insights and feedback to improve global training programs.4. Health & Safety TrainingCoordinate all mandatory Health & Safety training activities in accordance with local regulations.Manage training pathways, deadlines, records, and certifications.Work closely with RSPP, HR, and managers to ensure compliance.Organize both in-person and digital safety training sessions, including emergency procedures, first aid, and fire safety (as required by local law).5. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular reports on participation, performance, and key training KPIs.Conduct training needs analysis together with managers and propose tailored solutions aligned with business priorities.Monitor the training budget and provide periodic updates to HR leadership.CORE COMPETENCIESBachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Psychology, Engineering or related fields.2–4 years of experience in Training & Development roles, within retail or multinational environments.Experience in blended learning formats (classroom + digital).Strong organizational and project management abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Experience with digital learning tools (LMS, e-learning platforms).Knowledge of local Health & Safety training requirements.Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.SAP Success Factor is a plus.LOCATIONLimena (PD) – Bata Europe & AWLAB HQPossibility of Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training periodWHAT YOU FILL FIND:3F environment: Friendly, Fair, Firm.A dynamic and international work environment.The opportunity to drive employee development and support the company’s learning culture.Cross-country collaboration and involvement in innovative global L&D projects.COME AND JOIN US TO MAKE BATA & AWLAB STRONGER!
