This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of learning initiatives, from program coordination and digital learning platforms to communications and instructional support.As part of our team, you will provide both administrative and creative support, contributing directly to the success of programs like the Field Trainer Program, LinkedIn Learning initiatives and our Learning Management System (LMS). This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn about corporate learning strategies, communication and employee development.The expected start date is in early 2026, for an initial period of 5-6 months, with the possibility of extension up to nine months depending on performance and project needs.How can you help us?Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, tracking and reporting on L&D activities and maintaining accurate documentationLearning Program Support: Provide coordination and operational assistance for ongoing programs such as the Field Trainer Program, LinkedIn Learning campaigns and LMS-based coursesCommunications: Support with internal communications assets (e.g., newsletters, announcements, guides) to promote learning initiatives across the companyContent Development: Support the design and development of learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations and job aidsData & Reporting: Collect and organize feedback, participation data and other metrics to evaluate the impact of training programsAre you a match?Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communication, Psychology or a related field in the NetherlandsLooking for full-time internship for 5-6+ months Strong organizational skills and attention to detailGood communication skills (written and verbal), with proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)Interest in corporate learning, training or organizational developmentComfortable working with digital tools (MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of LMS or design tools is a plus)Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and in a teamWhat we offerInternship allowance €300–€500/month (depending on the level of education enrolled to) plus commuting Exposure to a wide variety of learning and development activitiesOpportunity to build practical skills in program coordination, instructional design, and internal communicationsMentorship and guidance from experienced L&D professionalsA collaborative and supportive team environmentFlexibility to align with academic requirementsReady for a new challenge?Medline thrives when everyone feels truly connected and empowered to contribute their unique insights.
