And we can’t wait to see all that’s to come.About The RoleWe’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team and support our growing, global organization. In this role, you will help ensure our HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently across regions. You’ll manage employee lifecycle operations, maintain data accuracy in HR systems, and provide excellent support to employees and managers.You’ll also play an active role in optimizing our HR systems (particularly Workday) and processes, and contributing to a seamless employee experience.What You’ll Do HereServe as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Lead HR introduction sessions for new hires, presenting key policies, benefits, and available resources.Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documentation and employee data in HR systems.Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies.Support HR policy updates, employee communications, and documentation.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and automations to drive efficiency and scalability.Partner with the Systems team to optimize Workday modules and related HR tools, supporting automation and data integrity.Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and programs as needed.RequirementsProactive and solution-oriented mindset - you are curious, apply critical thinking, and focused on continuous improvementDemonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership of workExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and ensure timely completion.Ability to deliver exceptional support to employees and meet SLAs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishAbility to exercise discretion with sensitive and confidential information.Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
