Job Description

The Learning Specialist delivers learning programs for both drivers and head office employees, fostering operational excellence and a culture of continuous growth. Reporting to the Training Manager, this role manages and administers the Lotus LMS, develops and updates training materials, and monitors post-training performance to ensure effectiveness. The Learning Specialist works closely with HR, Recruitment, and Operations teams, supports engagement initiatives, and prepares timely end-of-day reports. Through these efforts, the role helps build a skilled and motivated workforce, directly enhancing service quality and supporting the companys business objectives.QualificationsBachelors degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field23 years of experience delivering training to both frontline and office teamsSkilled in designing training materials (slides, guides, microlearning, etc.)Familiar with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Lotus LMS)Strong facilitation and presentation skillsGood at working with HR, Operations, and other teamsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to submit daily reportsFlexible and proactive in finding solutions to training needsWilling to travel as needed
