Job SummaryResponsible in the Payroll and Timekeeping management of employees.Job Assignment: Makati Head Office. 100% onsiteQualificationsBachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course or equivalent experience and trainingMinimum of 1 year experience in Payroll Knowledgeable in Compensation & Benefits administration and related end-to-end processing.Knowledgeable with manual and system-generated payroll processing.Experience in Human Resource Information System (Darwin box, Workday, etc.) is a PLUSFull understanding of HR functions and best practicesExperience in mining industry is an advantageCan work with minimum supervisionDuties & ResponsibilitiesHandles timekeeping, compensation and benefits.Administration of employees' salaries and wages.In charge of accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.Responsible in the processing and reporting of statutory benefits.Liaises and coordinates with the different government agencies related to employees statutory benefits.
