Company: LH Mall Co., Ltd.Position: Leasing Manager – FoodLocation: Khan Na Yao, Bangkok (Shopping Mall Group)Department: Leasing 1Reports to: Assistant Vice PresidentJob SummaryThe Leasing Manager (Food) is responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies that optimize tenant mix, secure attractive food & beverage (F&B) brands, and maximize the commercial value of the food court, dining, and specialty food areas in the shopping mall. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and relationship management with F&B operators to ensure sustainable rental income and enhance the mall’s positioning as a dining destination.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize the use of mall space to maximize revenue and efficiency.Identify and approach potential tenants, present leasing opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.Manage lease agreements and renewals, ensuring a balanced and attractive tenancy mix by bringing in innovative and unique concepts.Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Marketing teams on sales strategies, zoning plans, and merchandising mix.Coordinate with tenants and internal teams (Business Development, Construction, Operations, etc.) to support design, construction, and operational requirements.Provide timely and professional responses to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.Serve as a key liaison between tenants and property owners, ensuring clear and accurate communication.Oversee tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections, documentation, and smooth transitions.Drive tenant satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements; organize tenant engagement or appreciation activities when needed.Partner with maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of tenant-reported issues.Ensure compliance with all relevant landlord–tenant laws, regulations, and property policies.Educate tenants on rights, responsibilities, and mall policies to build understanding and cooperation.Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, service requests, and resolutions for tracking and analysis.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail/F&B leasing within shopping malls, lifestyle centers, or commercial real estate.Proven success in securing F&B tenants and understanding food retail trends.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Good command of English and fluency in Thai.Special Skills & CompetenciesStrong networking with F&B operators and retail partners.Strategic and analytical mindset with commercial acumen.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Work under pressure and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Team player with adaptability in a fast-changing retail environment.
