The Leasing Manager will manage leasing activities, including preparing and executing leases, conducting market research to price properties competitively, and overseeing lease administration. The role also involves supporting property management operations, fostering resident retention by ensuring excellent tenant experiences, and achieving occupancy goals through effective communication and problem-solving.QualificationsProficiency in Leases and Lease AdministrationExperience in Market Research and competitive property analysisKnowledge of Property Management practicesDemonstrated skills in enhancing Resident Retention and tenant satisfactionStrong organizational, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote capacityPrevious experience in real estate, leasing, or property management is a plusFamiliarity with relevant property management software tools is advantageousWhat we require from you:- Must have Driver’s License and a vehicle- Previous sales/customer service experience required- Strong command of the English language- Experience with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ideally you will also be Apple compatible (be able to work on a company supplied Mac laptop & iPhone)Hours: Approx. 25-40hrs a week (daytime/evenings/weekends).
