Role Description This contract role is for a Lecturer in Digital Skills, based on-site at our Solihull campus. Key responsibilities include planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards. The role also involves preparing course materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support learner development. In addition, the lecturer will ensure that lessons integrate relevant digital tools and technologies, fostering a dynamic and innovative learning environment. Qualifications Expertise in Digital Skills, including proficiency with common digital tools and educational technologiesStrong teaching and lesson planning abilities, with experience in curriculum deliveryAssessment and feedback skills to monitor and support student progressExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learnersA relevant teaching qualification or willingness to obtain oneBachelor’s degree in a related fieldExperience within further or higher education settings is a plus
