We are seeking a seasoned Corporate & Commercial Legal Associate to join our team, someone who thrives on responsibility, takes pride in world-class work, and demonstrates genuine thought leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements (shareholders, joint venture, service, investment, and regulatory documents).Provide legal advisory support on complex transactions, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance matters.Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring timely, practical, and commercially viable advice.Conduct legal due diligence and lead documentation on M&A and investment transactions.Oversee company secretarial functions, filings, and corporate governance documentation.Contribute to thought leadership through, articles, presentations, and client updates.RequirementsLL.B and B.L with a minimum of 5–6 years post-call experience in a reputable commercial law firm.Proven depth in corporate and commercial law, with demonstrable experience handling major transactions.Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.Strong communication and advisory confidence, able to engage directly with clients and senior executives.High level of professionalism, integrity, and consistency.A team player with leadership potential and a commitment to long-term professional growth.
