As a full-time member of our Litigation & Intellectual Property practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional legal services to our diverse client base.What you'll be doingAssisting the Principal in all aspects of litigation and intellectual property cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for court appearancesCollaborating with the team to develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlementsMaintaining detailed case files and ensuring timely communication with clientsProviding support, such as organising documents and coordinating with external partiesStaying up-to-date with the latest legal developments and trends in the industryWhat we're looking forA law degree or equivalent qualification, with a strong academic backgroundAt least 1-2 years of post qualification experience in a legal environment, preferably in civil litigation or intellectual property lawExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal conceptsAttention to detail and the ability to work well under pressureA team player with a proactive and client-focused approachWhat we offerAt Jasdev Chambers', we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
