We’re looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to join our team for a short-term assignment, supporting key corporate and commercial initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Handle corporate, commercial, and debt settlement matters with professionalism and precision.Lead mediation and negotiation efforts to achieve long-term payment settlements with vendors.Draft, review, and finalize a variety of legal agreements.Analyze legal issues and provide sound, strategic legal advice.Ensure compliance with UAE legal and regulatory frameworks.Manage multiple disputes and tasks independently under tight deadlines.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or debt settlement law.Proven expertise in mediation, negotiation, and contract drafting.Strong understanding of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in corporate or energy-sector legal advisory is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent).If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to high-impact projects, we’d love to hear from you!
