Our client - Trading companyLocation: IstanbulKey Responsibilities:Provide full legal support for commercial & corporate operations of the company.Agreements work (draft, review, and negotiationts various trade-related terms for sales, logistics, finance & tax).Handle corporate governance matters.Support in labour law issues.Regulatory changes monitoring and maintain relationships with local goverment authorities.Presentation of the company’s interests in court.Requirements:Law degree from a Turkish university.5+ years of relevant legal experience.Turkish and English proficiency.Exellent knowledge of Turkish contract law.Strong background in corporate, labour and commercial law.Experience in a multinational environment (corporation or international firm).Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Only office work.
