This is an exciting opportunity for legal interns looking to take on more responsibility and further develop their skills in a dynamic and forward-thinking legal environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day legal operations of the firmAn organized approach and keen to learnAssisting partners and associates in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documentation, Collaborating with cross-departmental teams on matters involving banking, and dispute resolution issues.Adhering to the highest ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality throughout all legal processes.QualificationsLaw degree (LL.B) from a reputable university. An LL.M degree (preferably in Banking & Finance Law, International Business Law, or similar) is a plus.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English – proficiency in additional language(s) is a plus.Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A team player with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills and being a good person.Proficiency in English (IELTS score of 7.0 or above, or equivalent TOEFL iBT score of 100 or above)Preferably be exempt from the HGMS exam.
