Legal Recruiting Assistant

Actively seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant for a HYBRID and Full Time Role. The position will assist the law firm with the busy 2026 Summer Associate Program, as well as Lateral Recruiting efforts. The right candidate will have 0-1 years of professional recruiting experience, or HR Internships, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment is PREFERRED.-HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM ESTSCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York (Manhattan)SALARY: $55 - $60K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.-IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree REQUIRED0-2+ yrs of Recruitment or HR Internship or Professional Experience REQUIREDProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong Attention to Detail and ConfidentialityExperience handling Administrative and Events Tasks-ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Legal Recruiting Assistant provides administrative support to the Legal Recruiting department.Assists with the organization and implementation of the Summer Associate ProgramAssists with all aspects of the on-campus interview processAssists with the organization of lateral associate and judicial clerk candidate applicationsMaintains legal recruiting databaseCoordinate travel expenses for associate and summer associate candidates.Performs other duties as assigned.-SearchPointNY/Noor Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
