The Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional lifestyle and concierge services. Daily responsibilities include handling a variety of personalized requests, managing and coordinating events, providing tailored recommendations and bookings and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves ensuring a seamless and superior client experience while maintaining discretion and professionalism.QualificationsProven expertise in Lifestyle Management and Concierge Services, with the ability to fulfil diverse client needs and handle complex requests with efficiencyExceptional communication and customer service skills, including strong interpersonal abilities and excellent written and verbal communicationExperience in coordinating logistics and organising tailored, high-quality experiencesHighly detail-oriented, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an assetPrevious experience in luxury hospitality, travel, events, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable
