Project Director – Construction – GermanyCLIENTLinum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are currently seeking a Project Director to be responsible for all aspects of planning and executing construction projects in Germany.
RESPONSIBILITIESAssisting and supporting the Business Development Director during the project design and cost evaluation phase by addressing the clients’ requirements, conditions, and processesTaking responsibility for project management, particularly regarding timelines, costs, and quality, including tendering, awarding, and coordinating subcontractors, as well as contract management on both the client and subcontractor sidesOverseeing and managing all technical processes across all project phasesLeading the project teamMaintaining excellent communication with all project stakeholdersEnsuring a smooth and safe project process in line with internal company guidelines and client requirementsPROFILEDegree qualified in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar10 years’ experience within the construction industry, with experience of managing large complex industrial building projectsStrong knowledge of VOB and HOAI regulationsExcellent awareness of quality, costs, and deadlinesFluent in spoken and written English and GermanThe right to live and work in the EU, with a willingness to travel frequently (at least 3 days a week on site)APPLICATION PROCESSIf you fulfil the minimum requirements stipulated by our client and are confidentially interested in applying, then please drop Linum Consult a line with a copy of your CV and contact details to europe@linumconsult.
