Listing Support Manager (Freelancer)Role OverviewAs a Listing Support Manager (Freelancer), your primary responsibility is to deliver qualified listing support requests, focusing solely on results rather than process. You will leverage your network and expertise to bring in projects ready for listing evaluation, operating on a pure performance-based compensation model.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently identify and deliver qualified projects seeking listing support, using your own methods and network.Submit listing support requests that meet the company’s minimum criteria for internal review1.Maintain clear records of delivered results and ensure all necessary documentation is provided for each project.Collaborate with internal teams as needed for successful onboarding of new listing candidates.CompensationPerformance-based only: $5,200 per successful listing support request (20% of the standard Listing Deck package fee).Key FeaturesNo base pay; compensation strictly tied to results.Simple, outcome-focused structure with minimal oversight of process.If a delisting occurs within a short period after listing, or if any critical legal issues arise following the listing, the company reserves the right to take legal action.QualificationsProven track record in business development, project sourcing, or lead generation, preferably in the crypto or digital asset sector.Strong industry network and ability to deliver results independently.High level of autonomy and accountability.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
