Vacancy for A Reputed Investment Company!!Job Title: Loan OfficerNo. of Openings: 3Working Location: KathmanduAbout the Job:The responsibilities of loan officer include writing loan proposals,documentation,implementation, reporting, maintaining the customers’ files, recovery etc.Documentation involves agreements,legal documentations,compliance of the terms and conditions of the agreement etc.Implementation involves the disbursement of the facilities approved by the authority, adherence of the terms and conditions in operational functions whereas reporting involves the preparation of the various statements of facilities which are required by the management from time to time. This role will involve frequent day-to-day travels within dealers located in Kathmandu valley.Responsibilities:Key job responsibilities and major functions for the role are as follows:● Explore the new market opportunities for 2-wheelers business expansion.● Provide spot financing facility to the hire purchase customer & quick and efficient services.● Entertain and motivate the potential customers/buyers about the terms and conditions tobe followed for the facilities.● Obtain required documents from the customers/buyers and assess the submitteddocuments as per the best knowledge.● Carry out inspection of the residence of the buyer/ guarantor.● Carry out inspection of business/employer and verify the genuineness of the incomesource of the buyer/guarantor.● Develop proposals in the prescribed format and put up for approval.● Prepare offer letters to be issued to the buyers as per approved condition.
