We design everything to meet the highest global standards.Join us and become an important part of the future of electric transportation.What You´ll DoThe Logistics and Planning role is responsible for implementing technical logistics solutions (Flow and packaging i.e. pallets and racks) in project phases and Planning in continuous production. which aims to optimize flow, availability and costs of the production facility, in accordance with VCMS (Volvo Cars Manufacturing System).Secure KPIs such as availability, flow, costs, safety etc. in Develop, prepare and implement quality assured logistics processes, flows and equipment simulationsDevelop, prepare and implement quality assured logistics processes, flows and equipmentLayout work on plant infrastructure, storage, buffer areas etc.Perform feasibility and pre-studiesPrepare new packaging for new car models (pallets and racks, etc.)Create procurement documents RFQ and conduct dialogue with suppliers and our PurchaserConstant optimization of our flows, warehouses and logistics solutionsPlan our daily run and develop a weekly plan that is synchronized with our stakeholdersHave daily contact with our suppliers, customersUpdate our digital systems, i.e.: Balance check from supplier and in our warehouses. Inventory and correct our balances. Items in stock and placement, etc.Actively collaborate with colleagues and workgroupsParticipate in object and/or area networksCreate work order requestsCreate Instructions and EducationWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree in engineering, logistic education or equivalent work experience.Logistics engineering backgroundProject management experienceTeam player with strong social skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and social skillsStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent ability to use Microsoft Office applications particularlyExcel and PowerPoint and Catia V5Automotive industry experienceActively participate in the analysis of disturbances.Work and follow the standards and regulations that we within VCK and also VCC have agreed on. For example, BMS, VDM, VCMSLanguage Slovak & EnglishConversational in English & Slovak, (written and spoken).CompensationBase Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 1.850 EUR. The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.Additional benefits:13th salary; Annual Volvo Bonus depending on performance and company's financial results; Contribution for Supplementary Pension Savings (lll.
