Logistics and Warehouse Officer

We’re a fast-growing pet food startup on a mission to raise the standards of pet nutrition in the Philippines. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Warehouse Officer to ensure smooth movement and storage of our products from factory to shelf. This role is key to ensuring our products get where they need to be, safely, efficiently, and on time, so that more pets can enjoy the food they deserve.What You’ll DoOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for on-time deliveries and shipments.Implement and maintain proper warehouse layout, labeling, and organization for efficiency and safety.Ensure compliance with company standards for product handling, storage conditions, and cleanliness (especially for food safety).Support demand planning and replenishment by providing timely logistics and inventory reports.Track and manage logistics costs, freight charges, and warehouse consumables.Assist in developing and improving warehouse and logistics SOPs as the business scales.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management (FMCG or food industry experience is a plus)Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel and/or inventory management systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
