As today’s global markets grow, our innovative logistics solutions are ready to help.ResponsibilitiesMeeting with OMs and CMs to assess existing processes.Optimize by designing process ideas, testing & implementing to reduce costs and improve productivity rates.Performing risk assessments.Assess existing processes and workflows for effectiveness & efficiencies.Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.Performing optimization tests.Developing routines and best practices to ensure effective operationsDeveloping standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.Documenting, tracking & monitoring data and reports to support.Engage teams and participate in Value stream mapping.Drafting strategic annual plan and quantifying assumptions and expectations.Project Management and Implementation.CMF Validation and close out report.RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineeringLean & Six Sigma - either yellow or green beltProven work experience as a process engineerExperience with process simulations and standard operating procedureAnalytical thinkerFamiliarity with process improvementsPeople skills, negotiation/influencingAmenable to work in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite
