Logistics Executive

Job Summary:Looking for a Logistics Executive to oversee end-to-end operations including first mile, last mile, NDR, DTO, and RTO management. The role ensures timely dispatches, accurate tracking, and smooth coordination with transporters, warehouses, and customers.Key Responsibilities:Manage dispatch, transportation, and delivery (first mile to last mile) operations.Track and resolve NDR, DTO, and RTO cases with courier partners.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely pickups and deliveries.Maintain accurate stock and shipment records in ERP.Optimize logistics costs and ensure timely MIS/reporting.Requirements:Graduate with 2–4 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch operations.Knowledge of courier tracking, NDR/RTO handling, and ERP systems.Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
