Logistics Executive

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to handle import and export operations for Malaysia, including shipping documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance processes. The role requires strong knowledge of shipping procedures, incoterms, and the ability to work independently with internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities:Collect and prepare shipping documents; coordinate with runners and follow up on VTA certificationManage daily import and export shipping operations for MalaysiaPrepare shipping documentation including booking forms, bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, ISF, shipping instructions, loading plans, and CBM calculationsCoordinate and track shipment movements; provide timely updates and documents to customersLiaise closely with warehouse teams to ensure on-time distributionPerform other related duties as assigned by managementQualification:Familiar with shipping incoterms; connections with Malaysia port officers are an advantageStrong understanding of shipping and logistics processesBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operationsResourceful, organized, and able to work independentlyStrong time management, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication skills, fluent in both English and MandarinAbility to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
