The company prides itself on delivering highly tailored solutions to meet global logistical needs.Role DescriptionFull-time, On-site Role — Logistics & Freight Operations Coordinator (Trinidad)This is a full-time, on-site position for a Logistics & Freight Operations Coordinator based in Trinidad and Tobago. The role is responsible for managing daily logistics operations and coordinating shipments across air, sea, and land to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods.Key responsibilities include managing import and export transportation bookings and coordinations according to sales and customer expectations (LCL, FTL, air, and trucking), overseeing ASYCUDA system processes, supporting with on time quotations and pricing, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments and cluster departments to optimize supply chain performance and operational efficiency.QualificationsStrong Operations Management in imports, exports sea and freight operations.Effective organizing and managing logistics workflows and documentationExceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team membersContacts with carrier, airlines, trucking companies in order to support and increase our vendor portfolioProficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and optimize operationsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges efficientlyTeam player, able to teach and guide others.Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferredspanish speaking is highly considered if this an skill you have let us know.
