Role Overview:Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and versatile individual to add to their organisational development consulting firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project logistics, tracking deliverables, analyzing data, contributing to the completion of reports and proposals, coordinating team inputs, and supporting business development efforts. This critical support role is best suited to a multi-faceted professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and empowering environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination1. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines in collaboration with the Consulting team.2. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates.4. Assist with and support the coordination of the development of learning programs.Team Coordination1. Coordinate the work of content creators, editors, and designers to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery.2. Monitor workflows, provide guidance, and ensure clear communication among contributors.3. Organize review cycles and manage feedback integration.Research Skills1. Conduct desk (secondary) research to contribute to:o Client backgrounds and contextso Proposal context2. Review and synthesize academic, organisational, and other literature (secondary research) to support presentations, proposals, and others.Basic Data Management & Analysis1. Collect and organize client-related and internal data.2. Identify and analyze data trends3. Conduct basic data analysis and prepare reports, including insights.4. Interpret basic statistics5. Assist with drafting client-facing presentations and documents using analysed data.Client & Business Development Support1. Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate records in CRM systems or tracking tools.2. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.3. Schedule and coordinate client meetings and maintain communication logs.Ideal Candidate Profile:Qualifications & Experience1. An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.2. Minimum of 3 years work experience (ideally in areas such as project coordination/management, data analysis, economics, consulting support, or related roles).3. Familiarity with professional services or consulting environments would be a plus.Technical Skills & Competencies1. Flexible, multiple disciplinarian2.
