Job Title: Logistics Manager - Omnichannel Operations (3PLs & Freight Forwarding)Job Type: Full-time / RemoteWork Hours: US Time ZoneJob Overview:We’re helping our client, a high-growth consumer products company with a diversified omnichannel presence, find a Logistics Manager - Omnichannel Operations to oversee and optimize global inbound and outbound logistics.In this role, you will manage freight forwarders, 3PLs, and retail fulfillment partners across North America and internationally - ensuring cost-efficient, on-time, and scalable logistics operations across DTC, Amazon, marketplaces, and retail.You will play a key role in supporting omnichannel expansion, improving logistics processes, and driving operational excellence across the organization.ResponsibilitiesGlobal Inbound Freight Management: Oversee freight forwarders and carriers handling imports from international manufacturers; ensure compliance, cost effectiveness, and on-time arrivals.3PL Operations Oversight: Lead relationships with multiple 3PL partners domestically and internationally. Drive operational excellence, KPI adherence, and cost control across DTC, marketplace, and retail fulfillment.Outbound Logistics Coordination: Manage fulfillment across all channels — DTC, Amazon FBA/FBM, drop-ship partners, and retail replenishment.Cross-Functional NPI Alignment: Partner with product, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure new product introductions align with fulfillment capacity and inventory availability.Performance Management: Build and maintain SLAs, scorecards, and KPIs for all logistics partners (3PLs, freight forwarders).Supply Chain Optimization: Identify logistics improvements, optimize network flows, and implement scalable solutions to support omnichannel growth and geographic expansion.Reporting & Analytics: Provide leadership with dashboards and metrics covering logistics costs, transit performance, and delivery KPIs.Requirements:7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment management, including at least 3 years overseeing 3PL and/or freight forwarding partners.Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment - DTC, Amazon (FBA/FBM),retail replenishment, and marketplace operations.Proven experience with import logistics and freight forwarding, including ocean, air, and domestic freight coordination.Excellent vendor management skills with a track record of improving SLA andKPI compliance.Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and WMS systems (NetSuite experience preferred).Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
