Location: Oslo, NorwayStart Date: January 2026Contract Length: Multi-year programmeEmployment Type: Contract (Day Rate)Right to Work: EU/EEA passport holders preferred (or ability to gain Norwegian work authorisation)We are recruiting a hands-on Logistics Manager for a major hyperscale data-centre construction project in Oslo. This is a long-term opportunity overseeing all on-site logistics operations across a fast-paced mission-critical environment.This role requires a candidate who can lead the logistics function and operate a forklift safely when required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all site logistics including deliveries, material flow, vehicle movements and waste controlOperate forklift equipment for material movement when neededOversee warehouse, laydown areas, compound and logistics planningCoordinate with construction, MEP and planning teams to support daily delivery schedulesImplement and maintain site logistics plans and traffic management systemsMaintain accurate delivery records, inventory logs and material tracking systemsLead logistics operatives and ensure compliance with site H&S proceduresSupport the project team with efficient movement of materials to work frontsRequired Qualifications & CertificationsValid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance or Reach – must be in-date)Banksman / Traffic Marshal certification (preferred)Telehandler ticket (advantage)CSCS/ECS or equivalent safety cardManual Handling (advantage)Strong understanding of construction logistics processesAbility to manage a busy compound and high-volume delivery environmentExperience RequiredProven experience as a Logistics Manager on large-scale construction or MEP projectsExperience working on data centres, industrial plants, pharma, or mission-critical builds (preferred)Must be willing and able to operate forklift equipment regularlyStrong communication and organisational skillsEU/EEA passport preferred, or ability to secure Norwegian work authorisationAvailable to mobilise for January 2026What’s OfferedLong-term, multi-phase projectCompetitive day ratesTravel and accommodation package (subject to client confirmation)High-volume, high-standards project environmentStrong career progression within international MEP deliveryHow to ApplyPlease upload your CV or contact directly for more information.
