The Role:To complement our current team, we are looking for a proactive and confident Logistics Manager to take charge of our statewide operations - It’s a fast-moving, people focussed role - so you’ll need to be influential and raring to go!As Neverfail’s statewide Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Delivery Drivers located across QLD, that will achieve network executional metrics across a geographic territory. This will be achieved by ensuring our Delivery Drivers safely transport our product, provide great service by executing the Neverfail Planned Call, and increase sales by delivering against growth plans and building great rapport with our customers.You will train, coach and develop your team to identify and activate initiatives that consistently provide a reliable and trustworthy delivery service, whilst also capitalising on growth opportunities for Neverfail that see our customers never run out of water.Communication, negotiation and influencing skills are essential, along with your ability to effectively build strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. We are looking for a collaborative and outcomes-focused leader who understands the importance of customer, cost and meets deadlines.Your passion for a zero-tolerance safety culture, sales growth, customer focus and the ability to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment will also make you successful in this role.A typical day for you would look like, but not be limited to:Communicating the Neverfail Planned Call and KPI objectives to your teamHolding yourself and your team accountable to achieving and tracking performance to KPI objectives, financial targets and DIFOT against the Neverfail Transformation Program objectivesApplying best in class planning and strategy to organise all aspects of contractor management and customer service excellenceLeading performance planning, recruitment, talent identification and succession planning within your teamTraining, coaching and developing team members, by conducting regular, realistic discussions with employees and contractors about their performance and developmentPartnering with contractors and distributors to collectively growth each other’s businessNegotiating contracts for delivery partnersIdentifies risk, opportunities and trends that will lead to success for Neverfail and our customersA full position description is available on requestIf a career is what you’re interested in, then this is a role that opens doors to a career path with a company that is invested in your growth.About you:We are looking for an energetic proven leader with a “make friends and influence people” vibe!
