OverviewWe are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist for our SSC office in Budapest.This position is for YOU, if you like to use your English skills daily are passionate about customer satisfaction enjoy hybrid working setup like being part of a community Position SummaryA Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for executing delivery and logistics activities in a position that will be aligned by mode ensuring on time shipment from the plants and on time delivery to the customer. She/He will be also responsible for day to day SAP transactions in addition to resolving any transportation delays, equipment challenges or other issues impacting on time delivery to the customer.This position will interface with their counterpart in the order management team to meet productivity and quality metrics ensuring a seamless order-to-deliver process resulting in excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesYOU will be involved in the following tasks: Coordinate transport related activities with stakeholders to ensure on time delivery to customer Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possible stage and mitigate impact Build and maintain relationships with business, sales, customer service, logistics procurement, product management and further functions. Ensure adherence to defined operational escalation process to leads, regional experts and plant personnel when encountering unforeseen delays in shipping from plant and ultimate delivery to customer.
