The successful candidate will ensure the efficient coordination of deliveries, materials movement, waste management, and traffic management to keep the site running smoothly and safely.This is a key role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all site logistics, deliveries, and vehicle movementsSupervise and direct logistics operatives and labour teamsMaintain clear site access and traffic routes in accordance with project logistics plansLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to ensure materials are delivered efficientlyMonitor and enforce health & safety standards across all logistics operationsSupport waste management, recycling, and environmental complianceMaintain accurate records of deliveries, permits, and site activitiesContribute to toolbox talks and site meetingsRequirementsGold CSCS Card (Supervisory Level or above)NVQ Level 3 in Construction or related disciplineSSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)Valid First Aid at Work certificateProven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or similar role within constructionStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage teams and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferLong Term Development and training opportunitiesOpportunity to work on major projects with a leading contractorSupportive team environment with strong emphasis on safety and developmentReferences RequiredIf interested please apply today for a confidential conversation
