As a Manager in our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, you’ll play a vital role in leading deal execution and advising clients across the transaction value chain, partnering with private and public companies, high net wealth individuals, private equity firms, and governments. Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future.What you’ll do:Lead the execution of sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising, and strategic review projects.Influence and support decision-making of senior stakeholders through presentations and deal communications.Collaborate with specialists from legal, tax, and transaction services to deliver integrated deals solutions.Build and nurture stakeholder relationships to originate further M&A activities and support business development.Draft and review marketing materials, including Teaser Documents, Information Memoranda, and Term Sheets.Conduct financial analysis and develop robust financial models for business valuation and deal structuring.Manage multiple projects with strong organisational and project management skills to ensure timely deliveryWhat we’re looking for:Strong theoretical understanding of corporate finance and M&A advisory with transaction experience from investment banks, consulting firms, or corporate finance firms.Proven ability to develop integrated financial models and conduct detailed financial analysis.Strong business acumen and client-focused mindset with the ability to support the end-to-end deal process.Excellent project management and multitasking abilities with the capacity to work effectively in teams.High integrity and a genuine care for colleagues and clients.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field; further study such as Masters of Applied Finance, CFA, or CA is highly desirable.What you’ll gain:The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.
