As an aspiring professional at HCP, you will play an integral role across all phases of transaction execution and origination – from financial analysis and valuation to client communication and deal structuring. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior partners and gain significant exposure to cross-border M&A and fundraising transactions involving strategic acquirers, family offices, and leading private equity/venture capital firms.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist in and contribute to financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, trading/transaction comps), and business plansPrepare and present investment materials, pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and board presentationsConduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and commercial due diligenceDrive due diligence workstreams and coordinate with legal, tax, and technical advisorsReview and supervise the work of interns and analysts, ensuring accuracy and consistencyActively support deal origination and sector coverage efforts in our key geographiesEngage directly with clients, investors, and senior stakeholdersYour ProfileEntrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to produce client-ready materialsFluent in English and in GermanBachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university (Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar)Our HR team is happy to provide you with further information in case of any questions.
