Senior Machine Learning Engineer📍 Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid / Onsite)About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about building scalable and intelligent data-driven solutions powered by AI and Generative AI.In this role, you will design, build, and optimize machine learning models that directly impact our digital transformation initiatives, including predictive models, and automation tools that drive real business impact.You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines in production environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production.Develop and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, RAG systems, diffusion models).Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using scalable and secure architectures.Manage and process large-scale datasets using Apache Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.Design and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases to support analytical and ML workloads.Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Owners to identify and apply AI-driven solutions.Document technical designs, best practices, and mentor junior team members.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.5–10 years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with practical experience using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Solid experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).Deep understanding of database systems (SQL & NoSQL) and advanced data modeling techniques.Proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable data or AI solutions.Experience implementing or fine-tuning Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, LangChain, ChatGPT API, RAG pipelines).Prior experience building or integrating AI chat systems / conversational AI is a strong plus.Must be based in or able to commute to Jakarta, Indonesia (hybrid or onsite).Why Join Us?✅ Opportunity to build real Generative AI solutions and AI chat platforms. ✅ Work with a collaborative, data-driven, and innovative tech team. ✅ Access to the latest tools in MLOps, LLMOps, and AI automation. ✅ Direct impact on digital transformation and AI adoption within the company.
