Grade: 11Location: ImminghamContract: Full-time, permanentWe are seeking an organised and proactive MPC Progressing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the process of works orders from receipt through to invoicing and delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently. You'll also liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination. A key responsibility will be issuing the necessary certifications to comply with CE directives, ensuring that all processes meet required standards. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are committed to operational excellence, this role could be the perfect fit for you.What you will be doing:Oversee the progress of new machine arrivals and deliveries, providing updates to Sales teams in DuxfordConvert work orders into job packs for the workshopProcess internal/external orders, invoices, and warranty claimsLiaise with preferred suppliers and contractors on-siteIssue necessary Construction Equipment (CE) certification from ImminghamComplete the Notification of Delivery routine and close cases when work is finishedPost engineer's labour hours into the Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS)Upload documents to SMT safety databasesBook in machine and article deliveries, prepare dispatch documentation, and collate holiday formsProvide cover for the Team Leader as needed and adhere to health, safety, quality, and environmental standardsRequirementsWhat you'll be doing: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an order processing or customer service settingExceptional organisational abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise with easeOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalSkilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking progress and generating reportsA keen eye for detail paired with strong analytical skillsCapable of thriving independently as well as collaborating effectively within a teamIts a bonus if you have: Experience within the heavy machinery or construction industryBenefitsWhat's in it for you?Alongside a competitive salary we off you a host of fantastic benefits!Taking Care of YouHealth Cash Plan - Claim money back on prescriptions (including HRT), glasses, dentists appointments, physio and more.
