As a Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown-related losses, building capability in operating teams, and overseeing the preventative, corrective, and continuous improvement aspects of maintenance support for the assigned area. Our company is built on a foundation of quality, integrity, and innovation, and we are passionate about creating a better future for all.Key Position Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited ToPerform assigned KHMS Maintenance Lead activitiesChampion the Kraft Heinz Safety Rules on the shop floorAttend daily maintenance planning meetings and work with other stakeholders to form a unified maintenance plan for the dayProvide efficient supervision and guidance to resources assigned to the wet sectionActively participate in DDS meetings and execution of the daily action planAssist with hands-on maintenance tasks as requiredEnsure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelinesSupport and lead portions of 90-day loss eliminating planningDrive breakthrough results in planned and unplanned downtimeOwn M&R costs for the wet sectionOwn the breakdown reduction process for the wet sectionCreate and manage the preventative maintenance schedule for the wet sectionManage the planned and un-planned workflow tasks through the Mainpac systemSource materials and spare parts for maintenance activitiesAssist in preparation of project scopes for capital expenditureAbout YouCertificate 3 or 4 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology5+ years of experience working in a FMCG environment as a maintenance lead or equivalentProficiency using MainpacStrong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with respect to FMCG equipmentProficient with the use of Microsoft Office softwareGood communication and delegation skillsGood time management and planning skillsHigh level of proficiency with good documentation practicesCertified in LOTOExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent management and supervisory skillsBenefits Of Working With UsCompetitive salary packageCross-functional development opportunitiesA combination of hands-on and administrative workOpportunities to work with maintenance, production, and continuous improvement teamsA dynamic and supportive work environmentReady to make an Impact?
