We’re incredibly proud of our amazing people, and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.Job DescriptionReporting into the Head of Talent, the Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for driving the GYG employer brand forward and drive the highest quality of applicants and hires. Primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with TA Managers and the Head of Talent to execute sourcing strategies that elevate our employer brand, attract top-tier talent, and demonstrate measurable ROI on sourcing activations. Supporting GYG's growth and success by implementing innovative sourcing approaches and optimizing our talent acquisition processes.Please note, this is a part-time maternity leave cover position (12 month FTC, 3 days a week). The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney. The role will commence in JANUARY 2026Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans in alignment with organizational goals and talent acquisition objectives. Collaborate with TA Managers to identify talent gaps, hiring needs, and key roles to prioritize in sourcing efforts. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent communities, to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform sourcing strategies and ensure competitiveness in talent acquisition. Partner with Marketing and Employer Branding teams to enhance our employer brand presence and attract passive candidates. Implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of sourcing activities, including candidate quality, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire. Analyse sourcing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Provide regular updates and insights to the Head of Talent and other stakeholders on sourcing performance and ROI. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and industry partners to expand sourcing capabilities and access to talent pools. Act as a subject matter expert on sourcing best practices, tools, and technologies, and provide guidance and support to the broader Talent Acquisition team. Qualifications and previous experience:Proven experience talent acquisition leadership positions , or related field, preferably within a high-growth organizationsDemonstrated success in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent and elevate employer brand presence. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track metrics, and generate insights to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, and recruitment marketing technologies. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sourcing challenges.
