Maintenance Manager

About the business  Our client is a leading food manufacturer located in the wider West Melbourne area. This business has a strong footprint supplying premium product into both grocery and B2B channels, with plans to expand further into the export market.  Significant commercial success and a desire to bring high quality product to market underpins this business. The business is on an impressive trajectory in acquiring market share, while also going through multi-million dollar investment to increase capacity.  About the role  This newly created Head of Maintenance role will report directly into senior site leadership, with full responsibility for the maintenance team and function on-site.  The remit will include ownership of a multi-site footprint across Maintenance and Facilities, which encompasses production, warehousing and commercial settings. Off the back of the significant CapEx in recent years, this role will be critical in putting in place the systems and processes to underpin the capacity improvements, asset care and contractor management programs.
