MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBRetail Manager is responsible for retail sales to gain market share and to maximize productivity of counters in the areaJob ResponsibilitiesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESRetail Sales Development Develop sales and manage sales performance by store to reach the targetEvaluate and manage BC Productivity/individual sales results based on KPIAchieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target of the area and key products through monitoring the progress of salesCommunicate competition’s marketing activity to managementManagement of Sales Force Ensure that BCs follow selling guideline and express Brand values through customer serviceMotivate BCs to have team spirit and be goal drivenConduct regular counter visits and ensure the development of BCs through regular coaching and appraisalsPropose development plan to increase knowledge and skillsManage BCs daily working life including control over holiday schedules, working hours and training schedules, etcRecruit qualified BCs and allocate them to counterPerform duties related to occupational health and safety for retail employees as a supervisor in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety ActPromotion/Animation Management & Negotiation with Department Store Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing departmentDiscuss and negotiate with the store to have visuals, promotion events etc. Manage preparation status and feedback report for each promotion eventDeliver messages, purposes, action plans at each promotion event to BCsProfileKey Competencies Prior experience in beauty industry more than 3 years, mainly retail manager role or Trade marketing experience in the industrial dealing with Dept. store distribution Strong interpersonal & communication skill Excellent self-driven spirit, team player and also can work independently Willing to travel at a minimum of 60% of time in a week at counter People-oriented supervisory skill Customer and sales focus Technical Skills Negotiation skills Business acumen, analytical mind and proven storing skill in excel and PPT Strong leadership and charisma to lead counters assigned
